Day 1 - Departure for Toulouse

Departure by coach from your town to Toulouse.

Welcome aperitif followed by dinner and accommodation.

Day 2 - New Airbus A321 - Aéroscopia

Breakfast.

Let's start the day with a unique behind-the-scenes look at the Airbus A321, the latest addition to the aeronautics giant, during an exceptional guided tour. Embark on the Jean-Luc Lagardère Final Assembly Line (FAL), initially dedicated to the A380, right next to the aeroscopia museum, and immerse yourself in the world of aeronautical manufacturing as you explore state-of-the-art facilities. Enjoy a unique panoramic view of the assembly line, where you'll be able to observe the assembly processes for the wings, fuselage and cabin. finally, back at the aeroscopia museum, climb aboard the latest-generation Airbus military transport aircraft: the Airbus A400M, to discover the missions of this aircraft equipped with the latest technological innovations!

Lunch at the restaurant.

In the afternoon, a guided tour ofAeroscopia, Toulouse Blagnac's aeronautical museum featuring exceptional aircraft. Discover playful, interactive areas amidst an exhibition of legendary aircraft (2 Concorde, A380, a Caravelle, a Super Guppy, an A300B, the very first aircraft produced by Airbus...). The richness of this heritage becomes a real tool of memory, creating a link between the past, present and future of aeronautics.

And to round off your visit to Toulouse, we'll take you on a panoramic coach tour of some of the city's must-see sights and monuments...

Day 3 - Gers and Armagnac

Breakfast.

Morning:

Departure forAuch, where we'll visit the prestigious Cathédrale Sainte Marie, France's last Gothic cathedral and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Its grand Renaissance choir, illuminated by 16th-century stained-glass windows, is carved with over 1,500 figures. The Tour d'Armagnac and theEscalier Monumental, where the memory of d'Artagnan is fervently maintained, complete our tour...

Lunch at a restaurant en route.

Afternoon:

Continuation of our Gers escapade and discovery of one of the jewels of Armagnac: Larressingle, the smallest fortified village in France. A little wonder on the road to Compostela. It's a real pleasure to walk inside the ramparts. Then on to Saint-Puy, for a visit to the château and the Monluc cellars of Maison Jean Cavé. The guided tour reveals the rich historical past of this château, built in the 16th century by Blaise de Monluc, Marshal of France. A product tasting will be offered (the famous Pousse Rapière, traditional method wines, still wines, Armagnacs, flocs and liqueurs).

Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 4 - Les Folies Fermières

Depart after breakfast for a day on the farm at Garrigues in the Tarn. Discover David Caumette, the last cattle farmer in the region... To avoid disappearing, he introduced direct sales, opened a butcher's shop and created "Les Folies Fermières", the only farm-based cabaret in France!

Course of the day :

09:30 - 10:00 Welcome with coffee

10:00 - 12:00 Tour of the farm by tractotrain (weather permitting), followed by a video presentation of the Folies Fermières adventure

12:00 - 14:00 ä Farm lunch

14:00 - 16:00 Show, cabaret revue with singing, dancing, magic and other surprises..

16:00 - 17:00 Producers' boutique: Opening of the producers' boutique, where you can buy the products you've tasted. Souvenirs are also available.

Return to the hotel in the late afternoon for dinner.

Day 5 - Toulouse and the violet

Breakfast in Toulouse.

Let's begin our discovery of Toulouse with a walking tour of the historic heart of the pink city, taking in the famous Place du Capitole, one of the largest and most beautiful squares in France. The majestic building from which it takes its name is now the headquarters of the City Hall.

Continue with a visit on the little train.

Lunch at the hotel.

In the afternoon, we'll continue our discovery by boarding a Toulousain barge for a cruise to discover its history, flora and fauna. Depending on the season, we'll cruise the Canal du Midi, the Garonne and the Canal de Brienne.

Then it's off to a Canal du Midi barge , the Maison de la Violette, which promises a colorful visit!

The owner, Hélène, has sworn by Toulouse' s emblematic purple flower for decades.

Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 6: Return
