In the Mont Ventoux massif, on the Plateau de Sault, the world capital of Lavender, nestled in the heart of Provence, the Liardet family has developed a unique know-how in the production and distillation of local aromatic and medicinal plants for over 5 generations. Today, Arôma'plantes offers an extensive catalog of raw materials, and also markets products formulated and manufactured in its own laboratory under its own brand.
Arôma'plantes organically produces over 40 different plants on 110 hectares of land, with the Nature et Progrès label, guaranteeing recognized quality products. At the same time, while respecting the rhythm of the seasons, local resinous species such as Scots Pine, Juniper, Cypress and Cedar are harvested and distilled at the distillery.

The André Boyer company in Sault en Provence is one of the oldest in the Vaucluse region, and its values have been passed down since 1887.
The products, including the authentic Sault nougat, are handcrafted in Sault's workshops, between the Ventoux and Lubéron regions, from rigorously selected ingredients: lavender honey harvested on the slopes of Mont Ventoux, regional almonds.
