Day 1: Arrival

Optional transfer from Nice or Marseille airport. Check-in at 4* hotel. Arrival in the afternoon: Free time to explore the center or access the hotel spa. As soon as you set foot in Cannes, the excitement begins. It's time to discover the city and its surprises! Stepping off the bus (or train station), we discover the city, seduced by the effervescence of the night as it gradually falls. We stroll through Cannes' pretty alleyways and its shopping street, the Grand Rue d'Antibes. This is sure to be the scene of your next shopping spree. With your suitcases in your charming hotel, head for the star-studded Croisette. Lined with luxury hotels and boutiques, this palm-fringed ribbon runs for 3km along the bay. At the end of the Croisette, the famous Palais des Festivals comes into view. Its red carpet, trodden every year by the crème de la crème of the film world, is famous the world over. With this little piece of heaven in front of you, the magic of Cannes is yours!

Day 2: Fortville market and Suquet district - Museum of World Explorations

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning: discover the historic district of Cannes. First, head for the Forville market. Here you'll find local culinary traditions such as socca. Lunch on your own around the market. This market is the gateway to the historic Suquet district. You're immediately immersed in a picturesque, friendly village atmosphere. Your guide will accompany you and tell you authentic anecdotes about this pretty district. At the very top of Le Suquet, La Castre dominates the town. This is also where you'll find the Notre-Dame de l'Espérance church and the medieval château of the Lérins monks, with its square tower. The château houses the Musée des Explorations du Monde. Like a treasure chest, it houses an incredible collection of objects from little-known civilizations and lands. A truly astonishing journey! Visit the museum. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: The Lérins Islands: Ile Ste Marguerite and the Iron Mask Museum

Breakfast at the hotel. Self-guided walk to the Croix des Gardes (approx. 8km round trip): Overlooking the center of Cannes, the Croix des Gardes hill keeps watch over the town. Classified as a sensitive natural area, this park is a precious reserve for the flora and fauna of Provence. As soon as you enter the park, you'll be charmed by its typical vegetation. Umbrella pine forests, maquis of various varieties, mimosas... These 80 hectares of forest are a feast for the eyes and the sense of smell. The botanical trails lead to the arboretum, home to over 40 varieties of mimosa. It's one of the most beautiful mimosa forests on the Côte d'Azur, and a real treat for the senses! (Mimosa blooms between January and March) OR Free access to the hotel spa. Lunch on your own. 2:00 pm Boat trip (approx. 15 minutes) to Sainte Marguerite Island (Lérins Islands). A few minutes by shuttle brings you closer to this little piece of land, which until now has been admired from the Croisette. Ile Sainte-Marguerite, one of the two islands of Lérins, is a historic jewel and a true haven of peace. Surrounded by pine and eucalyptus trees, on the shores of turquoise waters, the setting is one of luxury. The Musée du Masque de Fer et du Fort Royal: a must-see visit Within the fort itself is the Musée du Masque de Fer et du Fort Royal, with an area dedicated to underwater and terrestrial biodiversity. You can also visit the former prisoners' cells and the 17th-century chapel, stroll through the barracks and walk around the ramparts to admire the breathtaking view. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Vallauris and orange blossom

Breakfast at the hotel. Pedestrian access to Cannes train station (10 minutes - 700m) 09:00 (approximate time) take a train to Golfe Juan Vallauris. Welcome by your guide. On arrival, head for the Musée de la fleur d'oranger - Visit the ecomuseum of the bigaradier orange tree, a small orange tree that produces the delicate orange blossom, the jewel in the crown of Vallauris industry in the 19th century, thanks to the expansion of the perfume industry.
