Provence, land of flavor and gastronomy! Déesse voyages invites you to discover and taste one of our noblest products: the Truffle! Gastronomes, sharpen your taste buds..

Since the 19th century, the black truffle has been considered the "black diamond" of French cuisine. Indeed, like precious stones, its rarity and exceptional culinary qualities have fascinated top chefs the world over.

We invite you to join us in exploring the world of this incredible local product in the heart of Provence, in the Tricastin region!

Arrival in Provence

Arrival at the end of the day. Check-in, dinner and accommodation in a 3-star hotel ****.

Saturday - Truffle market - Maison de la Truffe

Breakfast and departure for a truffle market. The truffle season "officially" opens at the beginning of November. And it's in the Vaucluse, in Richerenches and Carpentras, that the world's two biggest truffle markets are held: don't be the last in the race for the "black diamonds"! We'll have lunch in the village hall. Menu: kir, followed by truffle omelette (3 eggs + 10g fresh truffles), salad, cheese, dessert, coffee and wine.

The day continues with a visit to the Maison de la Truffe. Tricastin is a major truffle-growing area, linking Drôme and Vaucluse, France's main truffle-producing departments.

In the heart of this region, Saint-Paul-Trois-Châteaux has dedicated a showcase to truffles, in a character house with vaulted ceilings and stone walls, which has become a privileged tourist and educational site. Wine tasting.

Return to the hotel for dinner and accommodation.

Sunday - Cavage - Olive oil

Breakfast and drive to a truffle farm. A truffle grower by vocation, he offers truffle discovery walks with a demonstration of cavage on natural and wild truffle beds, accompanied by his truffle dog. He then invites participants to a vin d'honneur and a tasting of truffle toast on his estate.

Lunch.

We then head off to an olive grove and the olive oil museum. Visit a farm (audioguides and panels) and taste the different crus of olive oil production.
